August- Youth of the Month
Imani Carino, is a 16 year old Female who attends Ck McClatchy High School.
In 2007-08 Imani joined the California Association of Student Councils. As the vice president of this youth led organization Imani took the lead in hosting a regional conference for over 60 youth participants at the Sierra Health Foundation.

July- Youth of the Month
William "Tim" Berry , is a 15 year old Male who attends Grant Union High School. As a freshman at Grant Union High School's Criminal Justice Academy, his true leadership developed through coaching baseball for Del Paso Heights Youth Sports League. As an assistant coach for the Rays, Tim is by far the youngest coach in the league. Tim has provided the 6-10 year old baseball players a visible role model in their community.

JUNE- Youth of the Month
Molly Hitchings, is a 16 year old Female who attends Ck McClatchy High School. She singlehandedly started an organization Sole Patrol to collect used shoes at marathons and send them to youth in developing countries or to be recycled by Nike into new shoes. Since founding Sole Patrol Molly has collected over 1,500 pairs of shoes.

MAY- Youth of the Month
Erika Sims, is a 14 year old female who attends Leroy F. Greene Middle School. She actively volunteers for the following organizations: Girl Scouts, the American Heart Association, Relay for Life, Oak Park Community Center, Foster Care Clothes Drive Project, and the Helping One Student to Succeed Mentoring Program. Furthermore, her recommenders noted that she is approachable, humble, friendly and an excellent role model to her peers.
