Design Review Staff
Luis R. Sanchez, AIA is a Senior Architect managing the Design Review Team. A licensed architect for past 13 years, Luis has worked with the City Design Review Team since 1990 after working 12 years with architectural firms in the private sector. Luis is responsible for the oversight of all design review projects including Staff Level, Design Director, and Design Commission review.
Matthew Sites is an Assistant Architect with the Design Review Team and Team Lead for Tenant Improvements. Matthew has worked for the City Design Review Team since 2005 after working 10 years with the Federal Government and private architectural/engineering firms. Matthew is primarily responsible for review of large commercial projects subject to design approval by the Design Director or Design Commission.
