Part Time	0-30 Prearranged hours per week	$90.00 per week

Category A	Kindergarten	Prearranged unlimited usage	$415.00
Category B	1st - 6th Graders	Prearranged unlimited usage	$350.00
Category C	Prearranged usage of more than 40 hours & up to 60 hours.		$310
Category D	Prearranged usage of more than 25 hours & up to 40 hours.		$240
Category E	Prearranged usage of more than 15 hours & up to 25 hours.		$170
Category F	Prearranged usage of 15 hours or less		$120

To register your child in the 4th "R" Program, download PDF registration forms (below) and:

Drop off the registration form at the center at which, you wish to enroll your child.
Mail them along with your registration fee to our main office at: 4th "R" Office, 5725 47th Ave., Sacramento, CA 95824.
