- Balance and Strengthening, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:15-10 a.m., Free
- Prime Time Fitness, Mondays and Fridays 8 -9 a.m., Free
- Healing QiGong Practice, Saturdays 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Free
- T'ai Chi, Mondays 1:30 -2:30 p.m.
- Chair Yoga, Wednesday - Friday 1:45-2:45 p.m.
- Hatha Yoga, Monday, and Wednesday - Friday 3-4 p.m.
