Bill Bean Jr. Memorial Park at Colonial Manor has two horseshoe courts, a gazebo shade structure, soccer field, picnic area, a tot lot and adventure play area, and 15 off-street parking stalls.

Phase 2 improvements will include the following: shade canopies over the existing tot lot and adventure play structures; swing area; sitness stations along the walking trail; bantam soccer field goals; two turf volleyball courts; additional picnic tables, benches and trash receptacles; 6' high tubular steel fence along the front of the park to close the park at night; automatic locking gates at closing time on Hoopa Court and at main park entrance; automatic closing parking lot gate;

Phase 2 improvements are scheduled to be complete by Summer 2009.
