Shasta Community Park is a 21.2-acre community park which includes the 20,000 S.F. Valley Hi/North Laguna Library.  Shasta Community Park opened in spring 2009, and the library opened August 29, 2009. Phase 2 of Shasta Community Park and Shasta Avenue street improvements is now under construction and will be complete in spring 2010.

Phase 3 will include the community center (20,000 s.f.). Phase 3 is not funded at this time and no schedule has been identified.
