How do I pay for my parking citation?
Citations may be paid for online, by telephone, by mail or in-person at the Revenue Division. All citations must be paid within 21 calendar days from the issue date on the citation or a penalty will be assessed. There are three ways you can pay your citations:
1. Pay online: Please click here to pay parking citation online.
2. Pay by phone: Please call1-888-266-1314 to pay by telephone. Please have your citation number and form of credit card payment available (only Visa or MasterCard accepted) when you make your phone calls.
3. Pay in-person or by mail: Please visit or mail your payment to:

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Closed on holidays)

How may I contest a parking ticket?
You must complete a citation contest form, attach any supporting evidence and mail or bring in-person all paperwork within 21 days of the citation issue date to Revenue Division, 915 I Street, Room 1214, Sacramento. For more information, call (916) 808-8500.
